Dale Steenbergen
President and CEO

Dale G. Steenbergen serves as the President & CEO of the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, bringing over 18 years of leadership experience in Chambers of Commerce, Agri-Business operations, and Small Business. A recognized expert in policy advocacy at the local, state, and federal levels, Dale has played a pivotal role in driving major policy improvements for businesses and securing funding for critical local and regional projects.

Beyond his leadership in the Wyoming Chamber, Dale has served as President of the Chambers of Commerce in Dahlonega, Georgia, and Woodward, Oklahoma and Cheyenne, Wyoming. His early career was rooted in the cattle industry, where he held key management roles in purebred cattle operations across Michigan, North Carolina, and Texas.

Dale is deeply involved in national business leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), as a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, and as part of the Sentinel Advisory Group.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Oklahoma Baptist University and is a graduate of the Center for Chamber of Commerce Excellence, the Georgia Academy for Economic Development, and the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Management Skills Series. Additionally, he has earned the prestigious Institute for Organization Management designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Dale and his wife, Sharon, are proud parents to their daughter, Grace. Together, they own and operate NS Bar Cattle.
